Good clean car, paperwork dealt with efficiently. No fuss. Long car rental so very pleased to have a nearly new car. Would happily use Ezi again. Car did over 8000 kilometres very comfortably over an 8 week rental. No hiccups or problems.

Company called me, We got lost in Akld when returning the car. Couldn t find a petrol station to top up. If he was not happy with our lateness he never showed it. We apologized and his friendliness could not have been better. Highly recommend

I just needed a run around vehicle for a week. The major car rental companys were very expensive or my rental period (7 days) was not long enough. Found Auto Union on Skyscanner. They were great.
Pick up and drop off good, car good to drive BUT the air conditioning didn’t work
The price of the car that we hired, Toyota Prius C, was significantly cheaper than the price of the car rentals located immediately at the airport. If you| re budget conscientious it| s worth trading longer pick up and drop off time to save a good buck. The car itself was very basic (not even a rear camera) and had many chips and marks but that| s good because there are so many little rocks on the roads in NZ that it| s inevitable to be hit by one or many. The customer service rep warned us to keep a good distance from the cars in front as it| s very common to have your windshield cracked by a stone on the road. The car was very economical which is a huge plus considering the high fuel price in New Zealand.
