I was able to rent an iconic Fiat 500 at a very reasonable price and the process was very easy The car was in great running condition (aside from outside cosmetics) The time it took to get the vehicle once I got to the pick-up desk was very short and the time to drop it off was even shorter There is a free shuttle service from the PU/DO location to the airport and back running pretty much 24/7 which is very convenient
Great staff at desk helped with providing a different car than assigned that had bluetooth

Counter staff at pick up were extremely helpful and efficient. The pick up location is close to the Terminal and much easier than taking a bus. The car was a relatively new Fiat 500 Hybrid and I had no issues with it. Drop off was simple, there was a post box as nobody around. Thankfully no problems with the car and no damage and the final account was sent to me immediately.
The counter staff waited for us, we were delayed and they didn’t know our flight number. Also they were extremely reasonable during the returns process.

I was comprehensive to rent a car out of US. Driving in Italy was a little bit scary compared with US. Cared for a car like a baby. Car was great, like new, it worked perfectly. Just dropped of keys at the end, as I was returning car after closing. No issues.

Once the staff were able to deal with my booking they proved courteous, friendly and helpful. Having to wait for something over half an hour before anyone was able or willing to speak to me was mildly irritating but this may well have been a consequence of circumstances outside their control.
The price of the rental and added extra insurance for my automatic car was greatly lire expensive than when I rented in October of 2021 for more or less same model and size car. Very expensive- it’s not reasonable. The staff at Roma fiumicino were great however the car was already found with dents and scratches when I arrived and therefore they suggested I take insurance for everything being covered which I found ridiculous but did so just to avoid any issues upon returning the car.

Is was good, but I have a big trouble because in the page say, accept American express, but in the rental office, they don| t accept that card, and was the only card I have to use the deposit over 800 euros. And the deposit is obliged, so I need to pay the secure all risk and it cost 350 euros and the deposit another 100 euros. That 100 euros was give back when I drop of the car. So the rent cost 350 more euros then I was expecting.
Super easy hire, including insurance, it was a great price. I was upgraded to a Polo which I LOVED, had easy connectivity for phone/music/navigation. Went all around Rome and the south of Italy with ease and comfort and though the car was larger than the one I booked, it was easy to get around the streets and had pretty great gas mileage whilst being very comfortable. The staff at the airport were very friendly. I found some damage in the car after I had already left the airport and the staff was accommodating. Overall one of the best car hires I have ever had.
